Executing a change:
Implementing the flipped classroom using 4dx
Where are we now? We have our innovation plan and our six sources of influence, so now we need to execute our plan. Time to bring in the Four Disciplines of Execution.
How do the Four Disciplines of Execution tie into the Five Stages of Change?
How Do 4DX and the influencer model work together to help make a change?
Who knew that it would take so much effort to try and make a change? I didn't realize that when I started this class. There are several different aspects that you watch out for along the way. The Influencer model has you look into the motivations and needed abilities of your team along with what vital behaviors need to happen to make a change. 4DX is how to execute your plans to make things change.
The models are similar because they both involve motivating your team to achieve a goal. Some of my vital behaviors from the Influencer model could be lead measures for the 4DX. Lead measures are supposed to influential to the lag measure, so those six sources of influence fit hand in hand with 4DX.
Using the both the Six Sources of Influence and the Four Disciplines of Execution, there should be a successful behavior change to benefit your program.
