Digital learning in local and global contexts

In EDLD 5314, I have been given the opportunity to look back at our innovation plan that was initially developed in EDLD 5305. 5305 was the first class that I took in the DLL program back in August 2020, and now I have had five other classes of information added in. For some, the classes have showed that big adjustments needed to be made. For me, I have seen only small changes to make, but the research conducted for 5314 has given me clearer ideas for making my implementation hopefully work better than some of the case studies I've read about. My literature review goes through some of the case studies I have read and pulls the information of what worked, what didn't, and what I learned from it. I also created a call to action video that I can show to my administration and coworkers to help given them more information on what a flipped classroom is and its benefits to the learning of our students. Pulling all of the research together, I have updated my innovation plan and added in certain pieces that will hopefully make my innovation a success.
